Was looking for furnace and air conditioning service maintenance. Staff were courteous,friendly and provided honest feedback. They did only what was required. Great customer service and would highly recommend.

Excellent advice was given before the project by Russ Cunningham, and this was followed a few days later by the careful removal of the old air conditioner and installation of the new one. The installers (Alex, Jon, and Brock) did a great job of removal and installation, keeping us informed about what was going on, testing the unit after installing it, and making sure that floors, etc., were clean and tidy.

Curtis Heywood did an excellent job, he was friendly, answered my questions in detail and was very professional. He took out old coil and replaced it with new one in our AC. He even went out of his way to explain how my program feature worked on my honeywell thermastat. Thank you very much Curtis, you have made a very happy family! It will be nice knowing when the weather gets hot we will be covered! A++++ Definitely recommend this company.

Russ was very patient with me. I did not know where things were and did not have the cover off the air conditioner. Any questions I had he answered. He had an apprentice with him and he was very nice too. It is good that training goes on for these different jobs. They put covers on over their shoes which I appreciated.

The technician was on time. He was clean and done in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional. Great work!

We are very satisfied with the installation. Rob, Jon and Brock did a professional job. The duct work and piping is very neat and tight. They tested the fittings to ensure that there were no gas leaks and left the work site clean and tidy. Rob's explanation of the operation of the new thermostat was clear. He happily answered our questions and offered suggestions. Thank you very much for a job well done.

My furnace stopped working on a cold day and Boehmers sent a technician within 2 hours. Russ thoroughly tested and diagnosed the issue, explaining all my options with patience and understanding. Great service!

Work was done effeciently, and he gave me tips on running the fan always to save energy and have consistant tempuratures.

Furnace was not coming on. Technician (319-00125 Curtis) found a faulty run capacitor on inducer
motor. Replaced with a new one and All operational tests Ok.
