I was oversold by 1 case of laminate. The salesman did the calculation of the laminate I needed and was told that I could return any unopened boxes. I didn't look at the BOTTOM of the receipt when I bought it. My mistake. Nevertheless, I find this place to be shifty - it is easy to say, that it says it on the bottom of the receipt. But this is not the usual of businesses since the calculation of flooring is sometimes an estimate, then you just take advantage of the customer. I would highly recommend not to go to this place. There are many flooring stores in Kw.

I have been looking for 12 x 24 porcelain tiles and found the perfect one at this company. I currently have maple hardwood in most of the house so I took a sample piece and was able to match it to the tiles for colour, thickness etc. I dealt with the most amazing employee, Candice who helped me with the order, inventory etc. I am very satisfied with my purchase as I got a good quality tile for a great price. (Yes, I had checked other stores for pricing etc.) Thank you Candice!

Sold me incorrect flooring, wont exchange, for a more expensive amount, RUDE OWNER, never shop there again, BEWARE of getting the right products, they do not stand behind what they sell, never again!! Disgusting service

We have stopped shopping around for flooring, carpet, area rugs and tile since we started going to Source Flooring. Yesterday we went to the Victoria St. store, found the vinyl tile and the carpet we were looking for to complete our renovation. Awful service. My product got damaged and instead of telling me they just sent what they had left. Not enough to do the job. Now my house is unfinished with little babies around. The manager was not apologetic but rude and said it was not his problem. I bought carpet from these people and wish I could cancel the order. I would recommend going somewhere else to get your renovations done. Inexpensive flooring is not worth the trouble these people will create and treat you rudely when you complain about it.
