Service is terrible, don't return calls, after purchase they don't really care about you

bought a high end fridge from them- not even 4 years old, not working for 2 weeks now and manager tells me he'll take care of it and never returned my call...worst customer service experience ever...learnt my lesson and will only buy from Sears in the future...they have unbeatable customer service!!! will never buy from universal again
