Recently we moved from Embrun Ontario to Brockville, Ont. We all know how stressful any move can be. Fortunately for us, we chose, Quality Moving and Packing to handle our move. Prior to providing us with a quote, Mario and Neal visited our apartment to assess the extend of the move and the time that it would take, specially since we had a unique situation, the landlord does not allow the use of the elevator for moving and the stairwell is narrow and difficult to manage. The landlord even inspects the stairwell prior to and after every move and the tenant is charged with all damages. Even the landlord was impressed with Quality Moving and Packing’s care and efficiency.
The preliminary visit, estimate preparation, and detailed advice assisted us greatly in ensuring a worry-free move. The crew arrived on schedule and they were consistently polite, friendly. helpful and efficient the entire time. We appreciated the free mirror/artwork boxes, the wardrobe boxes and the constant communications before our move date.
