Ceiling light fixture

Ordered a ceiling ight that came with the wrong instructions and does not fit any electrical junction connection. Called the Calgary shop and sent pictures of the instructions and the actual fixture to illustrate the problem. They said they would have their electrician call back to explain. The electrician could not figure what to do. Referred us to Customer Service. Explained the problem. They said they could not take back the product. REP WAS RUDE TO TOP IT OFF.
This used to be a reputable company. Dealt with them for many years in Edmonton but will not ever deal with them again. but
