Qualiglass manufactured and installed a number of windows in my apartment building. The installers were very professional. Site was cleaned inside and out after work completed. Tenants were very happy with quality and cleanliness. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Great service, didn't wait long for the windows. Installation was quick. The windows look great and function much better than the old ones. Have already recommended QualiGlass to others who need windows.

I am enjoying my new windows and doors that were installed last week. The installation meant cutting new openings in my walls and I thing this was done very well. It took a while for my windows and doors to come in but I was told at the beginning installation times are always an estimate. The installers definitely seemed to know what they were doing, were friendly, courteous and efficient.

qualiglass a awesome job rick knew just what i wanted my front room & dinning room were over the top design ben and chris the installers were exellent and knowledgeable and the clean up was excellent not a speck any where every one took great pride in there work and the comany they worked for i will for sure go back for the rest of my windows and pass on the good name a very very happy customer

The quality of the windows is excellent. Have not yet had an issue. It's been 2 years. The guys that came out did an awesome job and toke pride in their work. They even fixed our front door for us, just out of the kindness of their hearts! ( the screen door was not closing correctly)
Also, I know others who have windows done from them and were very satisfied

Would NOT recommend this company due to poor company services; right from the owner to salesperson to insallation crew to after service. Some windows are OK; others are not but company did not respond to emails or phone calls until the BBB was notified; got the royal run around. The problems still exist.

Upon the recommendation of satisfied friends, we contracted Qualiglass to upgrade our patio doors and large living space windows. We experienced excellent product selection, knowledgeable and patient sales staff, friendly service oriented installers and customer satisfaction focused management. Even with a December installation, we were very pleased with the final result. When it comes to window and door replacement, we recommend that Qualiglass be considered.

3 winters have passed and we still have frost/air infiltraion on our windows. Complaint filed with BBB about 1 year ago as company was uncooperative in settling. Problem still existing so BBB reopened but Qualiglass does not respond to their request. Would NEVER recommend this company due to its service
customer or product) and installation.

Do not believe what this company has responded. If customers really mattered to them, they would have tried harder to resolve our frost issue instead of threatening lawyers. In the past, we did call, email, left messages to no avail until we filed a BBB complaint. I would take BBB ratings with a grain of salt because as long as they jump their hoops and appear that they are doing something, their rating stays the same; even if the problem is not resolved.

Guaranteed if we call them, they will blow us off as they did in the past. Qualiglass wants their remarks posted so it appears to others that they are a caring, diligent, cooperative aned conscientious company.
