Bought a new stove from them 10 years ago which was extremely damaged at the back. He had it against the wall so the back wasn't exposed inorder to decieve the customer. I later found out that he had bought it from Canada Appliance after it dropped off one of their trucks. Since the stove was unsafe to operate I had to buy a new one. When I went back they said they would replace it but never did and kept ignoring my phone calls. Don't be stupid. STAY AWAy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were late, took 6 visits to get it right.
They seemed annoyed with me about having to come back although they put the wrong hose on and the dishwasher leaked everywhere.
One of the guys that came was ok, the other was rude, hardly spoke to me and was rough with the parts was banging so loud, then just stormed out. I found them in the yellow pages but will never call them again.
They ordered a hose for me and never called me to say it was in, I called a week later and then they said it was in. Took over 2 weeks to install a simple dishwasher. I have no idea how they are still in business. They seemed to have no interest in making me happy and was not concerned about how many hours late they were on all their visits.
