We really appreciated the time and effort that Trudy spent with us in choosing our lighting for our new home. She offered great suggestions and found us lower cost alternatives than our expensive choices. Great and patient service.

Took 9 months to get order. Lights fell down after install. No communication to give us updates.
I only used this company because they were the supplier for my home builder. I wish I had ANY other option - the experience was really bad

We saw the ad in the local paper for these new lights that have a lifetime warranty. My husband and I just bought a new house and needed some new light bulbs and decided that these would do the trick. They promised to save us money and energy. Two important things in a house. We spoke Joyce, the owner and she explained all the features and benefits of the light bulbs in question. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. We will be using Exciting Lighting for all our future lighting needs.

Unfortunately... very expensive compared to other lighting stores, nothing in stock, owner did not return my call on 2 occasions. I did end up purchasing some small hallway and closet lights from the store, but I went to Cartwright and bought most everything else. Cartwright had EXCELLENT deals on last years models of lights and everything I purchased was in stock. Exciting Lighting wanted $490 for a ceiling fan, and I bought the same one at regular price for $350 at a Calgary store.

My mother has also shopped at the store and she did not have a good experience. Will not shop there again.

They were so helpful, they helped me pick out my lighting for my new home and helped me to make sure the lighting stayed in my budget. It would be helpful if they would put the prices on thier lighting items.

I have had excellent service and help from Exciting Lighting. They were so patient helping me pick lighting for the house. Also, after a storm they actually came to my house to take out the bulb that was broken at the base and replaced it for me. They are awesome. Highly recommend them.
