We ordered this window last fall and the young salesman, Serge, who came to was very polite and knowledgeable. The installer, Jean Marc, showed up as promised and did a fantastic job of installing the window and completing the trim, both inside and out, as well as cleaning up thoroughly.
We are very pleased with the quality of both the window and the Verdun employees with whom we had contact.

I contracted Verdun Windows & Doors to replace my patio door with a garden door.. The was project completed today. They did a fantastic job from removing the old door to replacing it with the new one. They took care so as not to damage the worksite, maintained cleanliness throughout and upon work completion and did an outstanding job. I am extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend Verdun to anyone looking at completing a similar project. In fact, within hours of completion, one of my neighbors has already indicated their desire to have a similar job installed in their house.

the door installer was really lovely and made sure we were happy. the installation of the windows went fairly well accept for one that was mismeasured, so they had to come back to install one of the windows. the only major issue we had was the delays in installation, but the staff who came to our house were very professional.

Great looking windows that work super well. The crew was amazing and did an oustanding job on preserving and adapting the original mouldings. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up great when they were done.

Chris and Simon from verdun replaced 3 of our upstairs windows. They arrived on time, they were both very polite. They both had to deal with all of the snow that we have recently had and also they made sure that the mess they made was cleaned before leaving. Verdun Windows and Door stepped up after the tornado here in Dunrobin. They provided great pricing on all my windows and doors compare to competitors. The salesperson Erin was fantastic at helping us ensure we got what we wanted and communication was A+ during the whole process.

The installation of the windows and doors was very professional with no details unturned. Installed Jean-Marc (JM) went above and beyond with extra mile service to ensure everything was taken care of. Even after his helpers had left for the day he continues to work on the small details to ensure everything was done and I was happy with the install. As an added measure he solved a rubik’s cube before he left! Amazing service by an amazing employee.

Even the service department is fantastic, small error were noticed during the install and service quickly came out to repair any imperfections or issues we had.

I would highly recommend Verdun Windows and Door to friends, family and all the tornado victims.

Verdun installers called ahead, showed up and installed another 2 windows for us!
They’re fast but not rushed, they take extra care to lay mats where they walk and work. Professional clean up, and excellent install right down to perfect molding and window washing, and a sweep up when complete. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks Eric!! 5 star service!!
