1333 house extension in West Van via a Project manager !!
Jonathan, I have a staff that I oversee and my job is to direct them and advise my clients, as well as, all of the other responsibilities of being a business owner including being the only person in the company quoting jobs. I also have a truck to deliver supplies and all of this is provided at no cost to the client. This along with having earned the respect of the electrical inspectors and others in the building industry should be considered a positive attribute. One that you would want in an electrical contractor.
In reference to your job, I was hired after the original contractors that started the job stopped working on the project. It was agreed that I work on a time and material basis because of the lack of a blueprint, specifications or firm commitment of what was wanted on the job. After the electrical rough-in inspection (pre-drywall) you professed the inability to pay. Out of courtesy and respect to your situation we twice reduced your bill and you ended up paying $59 per hour per electrician. By this time all of the other sub-trades except us had been replaced. You chose to retain only us. We negotiated a contract price with a detailed list of the work to complete the job. We completed the contracted work as well as additions and changes at no additional cost to you. The electrical inspection was conducted and there were no deficiencies, as per all of our jobs. You again professed inability to pay and I was left with no recourse but to follow the lead of the other sub-trades, that you had put in the same situation, and lien your house. I was eventually paid 83% of the contract price with a warning that you would discredit me on the internet, which you have now done twice, here and on Google.
For potential customers who have taken the time to read this and you are looking for an electrical contractor with a work truck, provides free advice and has earned the respect of the building industry, please give us a call. You can also see many positive and unsolicited comments on our website. John Andrzejczuk, Owner/President.
Heidi, Thank you for the kind words. We try our best to look after our clients promptly and efficiently. John

Thank you Ken for taking the time to review our work and give us some positive feedback. Looking forward to doing any electrical repairs or renovations you may have in the future. John
Well, thank you Brad and Penny. I had to respond to this one, since it's not often the office staff gets any feedback! We're glad we could help you out and hope to look after any future renovations you may have. Lisa
