Flashing, Cladding and Batten Work
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We found Boulevard Exteriors on the BBB website. First we met with Vanessa to discuss our concerns about a lack of flashing on our current windows and our hope was to follow that up with cladding all of the existing wood on our home. We had another company out but we found Vanessa's explanations to be very thorough along with the experience and warranty's their company has made us feel very comfortable proceeding with them. We also had a few random exterior repairs that she was happy to do for us while on site as well. Unfortunately, what we were afraid of came true in that there was extensive rot in our front 2-story bay window. Our installer, Abe was able to discover and explain why this happened and had to do a complete rebuild of the wall, including drywall and interior finishing work as well as replacing the battens and cladding all of the exterior wood and install new vinyl siding. The attention to detail is apparent and we appreciate that Abe did his work with a lot of patience and accuracy. We highly recommend Boulevard!
