A++++ I am very pleased with the level of service that I have received from start to finish. We were in need of new windows for our home & started calling around for quotes. We were greeted with extreme professionalism when we called Boulevard. We were told that we could have someone on site the next day to take a look at our needs. The following day we met our contractor Vanessa. We say "our" as we knew immediately that she knew her stuff above the rest of the contractors that came into our home. Not only was she very informative, but she was also very honest in respect to our needs. She wasn't more concerned about selling us the most expensive windows.. She made sure to give us what we "needed" I have to say that we really appreciate her honesty and the fact that we felt she was looking out for us like she would someone in her own family. Not only that, but in the savings she was able to provide on our windows.. we had enough left over in our budget to get a new front door too!!! The install was smooth with zero issues. We are very happy with our new windows & the front door. We already feel a sense of warmth and security in our home. Again I can't say thank you enough. You don't find this type of one on one personalized service anymore. They met all of my needs and expectations above and beyond.. Thanks Vanessa!!
