Opening locked room in guest cottage

We traveled to Niagra from Ottawa on New Year's Eve and after unpacking all our belongings at the Crush on Niagra Wine Tours guest house, discovered that the key we had been given was not to our room! Jim was kind enough to come out at 5pm on New Year's Eve to open the door (the owners were away in Europe and the caretaker couldn't come until later that evening but we had dinner reservations nearby for 6pm). Wonderful, prompt service - especially given the time and day.
