Our kitchen cabinets are having so many problems with installation and material quality. When they were contacted for warranty repairs, they don’t show up for appointments. After missing two back to back appointments, Modern Kitchens booked appointment for the third time with us for 18th Oct @9:00 am, but surprisingly they called us on 17th Oct in the morning to let us know that they won't be able to make it for the same and we were booked once again for 19th Oct @9:00 am. But once again unexpectedly at the last moment we got a call from their service tech on 18th Oct inquiring us about the work to be done as he was not sure about it and moreover according to him he had no report given to him by the another service tech who came to our house about two months ago. And he was asking about whether anyone from his company has dropped cabinets etc. to our house or not. It seems like they don’t talk to each other in the company. Then he told me that it does not make sense to come to our house on 19th Oct for service call as he is not very sure about the scope/amount of job to be done. But I am very sure that a formal report was made regarding the deficiencies to be taken care which I believe they have lost that.
After sales customer service and follow up is extremely poor. They have missed four appointments back to back and till date didn't contact us for any kind of further action.
They are unprofessional, no responsibility and accountability from the company at all. The product and finishing is of poor quality. Dealing with them has been the worst experience and I will never ever recommend Modern Kitchens to anyone.
