repair the wind damange shingle

I hired this company to repair the shingle damange caused by the strong wind in April, 2011. Classic Roof spent less than 10 minutes to replace 2 pieces of shinlges and charge $300. 4 month later, they refused to come to repaire the shingles that they didnot put it properly in last time. I have to hire another roofer to fix it up.
