Worst company Ive ever dealt with. Prices kept changing. Very flimsy shower rod was installed too low so shower curtain flows onto the tub floor which creates a slipping hazard. Caulking job was terrible but Chris did try to fix it. He also fixed a scratch in the brand new tub but wouldnt replace the scratched tub spout. Apparently they retained my original shower spout and inner workings for the tub tap. The Fleurco panels were supposed to be white but are gray. I kept asking to see samples but none available other than online which didnt look gray. I wasnt informed there was a seam in the panel and not in the middle of the back wall. The edging along the tub bottom looks very cheap. For $14,000+, I expected better. Now I have to pay another company to fix the mess. I realize I shouldve checked it better before I paid but Ann phoned as soon as the workers left wanting her money. I had company but went the next morning. I expected a professional job but didnt get it.
