Went into the store to find a deep freeze on Monday morning they had the size I was looking for and in good shape, paid for it to be delivered the next day. They called me just before 9am and said that it was on the way. I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service was great. Thank you kitchen craft.

Terrible customer service. Bought a stove didn’t work in our space. Called the next morning owner was rude and ignorant and said our only option was exchange. I said that wasn’t told to us nor was it written on the receipt. Between the owner being so rude and the terrible customer service you couldn’t give me money to shop there again
