Furniture Medic Of Edmonton

Furniture Medic only communicates by email.
They replaced the foam in my loveseat. It is so hard, I now have a piece of furniture that is unusable. When I complained about the hardness, I was told to 'stomp' on it to break down the foam. This did not work. I've since tried to communicate with them twice. No response to either email.
