Well It took over 6 months to figure out a problem we were having with the new system Terry installed. He never returned phone calls and was very rude with us on the phone. My system still leaks and the pipes are all twisted and bent. But this is how they decided to leave the job. Not very professional. If it takes you over 6 months to find a problem with a brand new hot water system you just put in then you need to go back to school. Further more if you leave a job when the pipes leak and it will make resell iffy then also why would you not pay the same price and hire a more qualified company? We all know that when it comes time to sell everyone will be looking at the hot water tank, so you want it to be the best job for the money. Terry should be ashamed at the workmenship he allows in his company. Take pride man!
