An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hi, In speaking with my mother re: the installation, she spoke very positively indicating that the job was done in a timely manner and the crew were polite and cleaned up afterwards. In my dealings with Denis - he is a man of integrity and always returned my calls promptly. The installation of the skylight was also done the week before Christmas so between the weather and limited available days, Skylights Unlimited was very accommodating in scheduling the work.
