We needed to replace an existing skylight and I was nervous about touching it as it wasn't leaking, yet, but I didn't want to touch it and then it starts to leak. I connect with Skylights Unlimited and Denis was great, he connected with me quickly, did a site visit, explained everything and even suggested a lower cost option for us, when does that ever happen with a company? We were thinking of putting blinds on the skylight for sun and Denis suggested an upgrade to the glass, which would do the same job we wanted at a much lower cost, thanks Denis! Denis then teamed us with Bryan who installed the new Skylight, Bryan was also wonderful, very professional, answered all my questions and also took a look at our sun tunnels, just to check on them and he touch up some of the sealant around them, no cost, just great customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Skylights Unlimited for any job, large or small. Great customer service, knowledgeable and straight forward. Thanks Denis and Bryan!!
