I would not recommend this company for many reasons:
1) the services we were promised were not honoured due to a "miscommunication" with our contract
2) when I called to remedy the above issue, I was yelled at, was called names and was hung up on
3) I have waited almost a month now for the service department to contact me. I installed new doors and less than 2 months after installation they require service - I have called 3 times over the past month to follow up with the service department, but each time I call I am told the service department will contact me by a certain date (which they never do). The most recent time I called I was told that no one would be available until another 3-4 weeks. They claim there has been no one available to do service requests since the first time I called in 4 weeks ago. This is unacceptable and is a safety concern for people who need their faulty doors and windows fixed.
