Boldan first removed and disposed of an ancient and rotting deck. They dug around the foundation of my home in sections, installing a gravel bed at six feet, and a waterproof membrane and weeping tile. The work was done quickly and neatly with minimal disturbance to neighbours. Dirt was replaced with local soils and a foot high cap placed around the work so it will settle evenly. Finally, an old air conditioner and rotten fence sections were disposed of. It was a huge job done by real professionals. Boldan even saw to it that some bushes I wanted to keep were replanted.
