Owner of the business seems very friendly and personable. Cabinets are very nice but the stain seems to wear easily on drawers and doors that get most use. Installation was done by a single person who clearly missed some details such as lining up trim corners and aligning cabinet doors. Its not a huge kitchen so I would have expected perfection for the amount the job cost.

What could this company do to improve their services?: An "after installation" phone call or visit would have been nice. It would allow for any issues to be addressed. After all its the company owners name on the business card.
