Had a A/C unit installed on February 24/2022. This is the second major appliance they have done for me (Furnace 2017 )
Nolan and Stjepen were very efficient and knowledgeable they did a fantastic job working together on the install A REAL TEAM effort.
I really think that it was a 12 star job, and definitely will use this company for any of my needs.

We had a new Bryant 2 stage furnace and a a hot water heater installed in 2017 as our previous furnace of 37 years quit working.
From the initial estimate call to subsequent service calls, (unfortunately a number of times due to the type of furnace, not A-1 Heating) the company has been prompt, professional and courteous at every step.
I would totally recommend this company as a Heating company, the technicians and the owner are great. As far as the Bryant furnace installed, we are not too happy with it so far, but we shall see.

We have had an odor problem with sewer gas for quite some time in our main floor bathroom. A 1 Heating sent a plumber over to investigate, provide a quote and fix the problem. He was completed in 2 hours and the issue is gone. Fast, courteous and reasonably priced. We are very pleased.

Great service by both Karl and Brad. I felt more knowledgeable about my needs and products after the professional services received by these employees and this company overall. I will continue to use A1 services in the future as a result of their commendable customer service.

My furnace is old-like 1970s old. After doing all I could with it, the time came to replace it. Brad’s suggested options were reasonably priced, uncomplicated and good bang for the buck. I ended up replacing the hot H2O tank, too. Brad was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. And on time. I’ve used this company before. Consistently good!

Chris from One Hour Plumbing arrived promptly, and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of cutting a hole in the ceiling. An associate from his company delivered the part required for the repair, as well as an access cover panel, within a 1/2 hour.

Aaron and Johnathan arrived right on time and were courteous, clean, efficient and provided clear information on the work performed and the condition of our furnace. We have used A-1/1 Hour in the past and will continue to do so, as they provide great service at a reasonable price.

Over the years, they have cleaned our furnace and ducts, fixed our furnace (when we were on holiday, overseas, at Christmas time!), replaced our hot water tank (the next working day, when it crapped out when one of our three kids was taking a shower at the weekend!) and, most recently, replaced our (original) furnace, which we had planned in, because they'd been keeping an eye on it for us and advised us to move it towards the top of our to-do list :)

From my first interaction with them, it's been nothing but hassle-free, efficient and quality service; and for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. They are responsive and pleasant to deal with at all times (office staff and technicians); they turn up when they say, they provide information and answer questions according to the level of interest / savvy the homeowner exhibits (I fall into the "I-don't-need-to-know-just-take-care-of-it" category!) and they are always respectful of my home, which matters to me. Nothing worse than scratches on your floor, or having to do a whole load of clean up.

I thoroughly recommend A1. Wouldn't go anywhere else....and love that I can go to them for plumbing stuff now too!

Joel Pylat and Shibu were extremely helpful . They were knowledgeable and very efficient and took the time to explain everything . I would strongly recommend A-1 and their technicians to anyone. Thanks to Corinna, Joel, Shibu and Curtis for all your help this year.

The work performed was very thorough and he took great care to protect the floors etc with fabric runners. Very pleased with the work and happy to have clean ducts.
