Dust Queen Maid Service

For the past 3 years I have been mulling over the idea of hiring a cleaning service. My roommate and I are not slobs, but we prefer not to clean when we don't have to, so the house is in a constant state of "kind of messy".

I've gotten quotes, searched websites, and entered draws for cleanings - to no avail.

After seeing Dust Queen at the Renovation Show this year, I finally decided to take the plunge and hire them out. Booking the appointment was seamless and easy: I was asked several questions about my house, my availability, and some specifics of the cleaning. After that I was given a range of how long it would take, a price range, and was told that if for any reason the cleaners would take longer than the quoted time limit, I would be called before they proceeded.

My roommate and I spent the night trying to make the house look presentable, as we had just finished renovating the bathroom and there was junk everywhere - though this was not required, or even asked of us.

The day of, I received a phone call, as requested, when the cleaners arrived at my house.

When I got home that night, the first thing that I noticed was that the shoes were neatly put away and the floor by the boot room was dust-free. YAY!

The rest of the house had been dusted, and cleaned. The rugs had been vacuumed, and the dishes done. I am one happy lady!

I didn't realize how much the mess had been stressing me out until I sat on the couch and realized that I didn't have anything to guilt me out of spending my night the way that I wanted to.

What tops going away for the holidays with your family to a sunny location? The Dust Queen!!! This year when we were soaking up the sun and salty air, The Dust Queens where busy cleaning bathrooms, shampooing carpets AND removing my Christmas tree, pine needles and all. Sighhhhhh! As a mom with just a smidgen ;) of OCD it was wonderful to be able to leave it all up to the Dust Queen and really be focused on our vacation and time together as a family. It felt amazing to arrive home to a clean fresh home. Thank you for cleaning the corners! You Mop!!!

My wife recently returned to work, and keeping up with the general cleaning has been challenging to say the least while still running around with the kids regularly so I did lots of research and finally called Dust Queen to inquire about service. The rep was knowledgeable, and detailed all of the services they could provide as well as recurring services and costs. Dust Queen made the time that worked for me to clean my home and booked the recurring services to maintain. They did a fantastic job and my only suggestion is a bit more attention under couch cushions and the crannies within. Overall I would highly recommend as the cleaning quality was great, the team was fast and it was great to come home to a hard working team finishing up their work. The cost was a bit high compared to some others I called, but this was the first service which I was advised would be in that price range. I have booked bi-weekly cleanings and have yet to have the second service which the estimates were nearly 50% less than the first cleaning. I look forward to it and will comment on the cost of recurring service once completed.

I broke my ankle n New Years day and am unable to put weight on it. Everything fell to my husband to do. I put in a service request for short term help, heard back from Dust Queen the next day and had an appointment set right away.

The girls arrived early and got right to work. They did everything that was asked of them in a proficient manner. They left our home clean and tidy. We are so very pleased with their work.

They have taken a huge weight from my husband and given us the ability to have some time together that doesn't include chores in the house.

On January 9th, 2017 I reached out to Dust Queen because we have had our house listed for sale. The listing had been a bit stale and we had just reduced the price. We had 2 pending showings booked. With little time, Dust Queen mobilized a crew and stayed until the house was in showroom condition. We received an offer a day later. Our most sincere thanks to you this evening.

I first stated using Dust Queen when I was sick and unable to clean my home. The Ladies came and did such an excellent job. I since moved and with having the schedule with work and the kids and husband being out of town, I just don't have time. I contacted Dust Queen again and they were so helpful and their Customer Service never failed. Coming home and the feeling of not having to deal with anything I just don't have the words for. The Ladies always out do themselves - a 5 star rating is not enough

I have only had one clean with this company. However so far I am pleased. First they call you and go through the procedure they follow to clean your house, which I found nice and personalized. After they came, our house was thoroughly cleaned and tidyed up. I have had other cleaner come and do a fine job cleaning however I like the extra touches like making our bed, arrange item neatly and they even did the dishes we had in the sink. I will be booking Dust Queen Maid Service again in the future.

Showed up on time, did a good cleaning and went above and beyond to ensure house was clean. Would recommend to friends and will use Dust Queen again in the future.

They are very organized, reliable and do good work. Have tried others in the past and none have been as consistent and conscientious. Keep up the good work. Try DQ. You won't be disappointed!
