- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Pay more attention to cleaning behind the doors, and notify owners that it is possible their carpet will bubble/lift. I was nervous it was permanent.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Don't question how fast they move, they'll do a competent job quickly. Move as much as you can out of the way before, speeds up the process.
