Very sad about Tfal. My husband bought me a tfal fryer. I didn't like it as it was too big plus the plug was too short. I've tried at multiple occasion to reach Tfal customer service (email or phone) but even during their open hour, they were closed for a holiday (not a current stat in Ontario) or the line got disconnected after a long wait or the automated voice said their office was closed at 4:51pm when they close at 5pm. I'm stuck with a 200$ Tfal fryer and i can't seem to be able to return. Buyer beware. Very unfortunate that it ends this way. I will no longer buy from Tfal or recommend to anyone.
