Christian who arranged the annual cleaning/maintenance work rang early in the year and tried to "arm-wrestle" me into having the job done in early August and that he'd give me a "special deal"! I said no, would rather wait until the regular fall time. He got "pushy", then rude and then outright belligerent with me! WOW...company lost a client because of his treatment of me and why I cannot recommend this company. Technicians always did a good job which is why I gave it a 3 for satisfaction.
