I had been looking for a modern but solid, well-made bedroom set for over 2 years. I ordered through Costco, delivery was made after over 4 mths. I was very disappointed with the quality and returned it. Took 2 months to return and get a full refund.
This is when I decided to buy made--in-Canada furniture as I was tired of all the flimsy foreign-made furniture available these days.
I search the Canadian Furniture Manufacturers' website, and Alta Moda Furniture here in Toronto. Their factory is on site. I went to their showroom and factory, I saw, I was conquered.
Gaetano understood what I style I wanted, he suggested changes to fit my requirements of an additional storage i.e. such as felt-lined hidden drawers added to my dresser; perfect for the storage of precious belongings. He replaced the accessories to make the set look more feminine.
My set was delivered today. The delivery guys were on time, fast and efficient.
Though a tad bit on the pricey side, I love it. It's is beautiful. Even though it had to be customized, Gaetano delivered it within 4 weeks, as promised. I will be going soon to order a tall-boy to match my set....need I say more?
