Terry sent his crew to fix a leak over the dormer window, they tried twice but the roof is still leaking and now they said I need a new roof, I am a bit disappointed that they said they would guarantee the roof that it won't leak but now they said they cannot honour the warranty. Somewhat frustrating.

The previous work from others on your roof was not completed very well and was leaking in several different areas. We encouraged you to replace the roof, however this was not in the budget for your rental property.
