Had used this company for years when after the last cleaning I noticed the next day that several windows were scratched. When I contacted the owner he came right away to look at the problem and said he was not responsible. He refused to acknowledge that he caused the damage and became aggressive and raised his voice at me. As we continued the discussion he mentioned that another client also accused him of scratching her windows. When I pointed out that perhaps something sharp was caught in his cleaning rollers he became more angry. At that point I ended the conversation as I was concerned about his threatening nature towards me.

Company Response: Very sorry you have scratches on you windows but as our terms stated we can not be responsible for any scratches during a construction clean because of the many trades that are in the house such as the painters that used razor blades to remove all the tape that they put on the glass and frames. This is why we have it in our terms that you agreed to when you hired us.
