I rented a bin from Parkview Building Supplies. On removing the bin they badly damaged my driveway. When I called to ask if they could do something about the damage, no one returned my call. When I finally managed to get hold of a manager, she was extremely rude and wanted nothing to do with the issue. And this was the owner's daughter!
They do not deserve to be in this business and I would seriously caution anyone in using them

Do not buy from Parkview. I used then twice in two separate house renovations. The 2nd time they upcharged me with a stone I did not request. I was told they don't carry it anymore when in fact they do. So exchanged it, I had to call them and constantly follow up for my refund. Also 1 yard of hpb gravel is $72, when home hardware sells the 1 yard at hpb gravel for $50. This is almost 50% more!

One of the worst client experiences in my professional career. As a relatively new landscape design firm, we sought the advice from a sales representative for the selection of wall veneer for a proposed deck. Our contractor went to pick up the product and after review concluded that an inappropriate stone veneer had been recommended for the job. This resulted in a scramble to modify the stone at our cost, a delay at the job site for the contractor and a very upset client/homeowner. Parkview's response was disingenuous, their arguments circuitous and in some cases, untrue. It was like meeting Donald Trump. Small business owners - beware!

The service was awesome, on time delivery of the materials, the contractor recommended by them for the installation was great and went out of his way . We would definitely recommend. All positive!!!!!!

We used Parkview on recommendation from our Landscaping company for disposal of yard waste.
The second bin we used was not picked up safely (the driver didn't get out of his truck to lock the bin) and took a large chunk out of our stone porch. Parkview called us screaming saying we had mixed materials in the bin and refused to take any blame for the accident despite the witness who was in site. They took the bin after much back and forth, charged us and damaged our gravel driveway in the process. I will never use this company again nor will anyone on our street as our neighbours saw everything that took place.

I had the best experience with Parkview. They helped me figure out what I wanted and how much I needed. Super helpful with answering all my questions. My contractor actually bailed on me and left me with an entire tote of crushed rock. As soon as I told Parkview they came the next day to pick it up for me. Gave me a few great contacts for contractors as well. Really wonderful staff. Thank you for making my life easier during a stressful time Parkview staff!

Parkview was great. The prices were good, the service was reliable and the people there were really helpful. I would recommend them for any landscaping supply job - big or small

I have had the worst time dealing with this company. I ordered a 14 yard bin from them and told the lady on the phone that I needed 10 tons of crush gravel to come in the bin, when the bin arrived she had put the gravel in the bin as I had asked but she doubled my order! I only needed 7 yards and she gave me 13 (17 tons instead of 10). I had an extra 6 yards of material sitting on the road and they wouldn't come back to get it. They did refund me for the extra material after realizing their mistake but I still had to find someone to come and pick up the extra material. Thank god I did or it would still be there.

They also completely destroyed my customers driveway. This has to be the only bin company on the planet that doesn't put some type of wood down to protect peoples driveways from damage. When I called to complain they told me it was my fault and my responsibility and would take no part of helping to repair the driveway that they damaged. The manager/owner only made the situation worse.

Now I am forced to take money out of my pocket to fix the damaged driveway, never will I deal with this company again, there are hundreds of other companies to choose from, do yourself a favour and pick anyone of them over this place.

We bought a house which had a horrible backyard so we dug everything up, put down new dirt, and placed a flagstone winding path to the back where we then built a deck. Parkview gave us the best selection of flagstone and alternative rocks at the best prices. They were very helpful and even recommended contractors that they work with. We ended up using one of their recommended contractors for a parking pad project a few years later and they were excellent.
