Floor Laying & Refinishing review in

I purchased hardwood floors from Woodpecker Hardwood floors in 2001. They were over 4 weeks late in installing my floor. I constantly had to check up on them and harass them in order to get any information as to what was happening with the delay.
In order to accomodate for this lateness they did end up providing the baseboards for free.
The overall end product was very nice and dramatically increased the resale value of my apartment.
That said, because of their poor customer service, I would not work with them again and would not recommend them.
