Krups Canada has a customer Service, wasting money on their payroll! All they do is refer you to a repair center. I sent in my coffee maker to find cost of repair. Never got my machine back, mind you it could have burnt my house, the heating element was deforming my counter space. No offer to replace, no offer to replace at a fair discount. Just ignored me as a customer
