Heating & Air Conditioning review in

Had Walkers install a new furnace and HRV unit. They also installed all the duct work in a new build. Installation was fine but they have indicated yearly maintenance is outside their service area. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Does this mean we have no warranty?
