Action Lock & Security Vancouver

Key that was made by Action Lock BROKE IN HALF. They REFUSED to replace it for me.

Any decent business would replace it free of charge, I offered to pay a full price of re-cutting and they still refuse, involve strata, that tries to charge $50! for 1 broken key.
3 days and a dosen of emails later still no key and no resolution.

I had a break in and needed a new door. After a bit of confusion on the custom measurements they had the door made and then they came and replaced the broken door with the new one. There was a small issue with the deadbolt which they promptly repaired when I notified them. I will Use them again.
