I was quoted rates by an advisor with my load qualifiying as a minimum $48 charge. They give a free quote when they show up, and if you aren't satisfied, they carry on. They showed up on time, and after looking over my load, they quoted $262. I told them thanks for the quote I'll get someone else. They immediately came back with a quote of $166. I told them that is still too high. We settled on $120 which was still at least $50 too high. At that point I just wanted my garbage gone, and these scabs off my property. They clearly quote extremely high just to see if you will pay. This company is greasier than a used car salesman, wearing a suit made of pizza. I would not recommend using this business.

Thank you for your feedback Chad. You are correct, our charges do start at $48 and range up to $498 for a full load. Our Customer Service Agents do not provide estimate prices over the phone as they usually do not have visual access to the debris being disposed, they advise of price ranges and book appointments. We provide an on-site, free quote once on site, and have a chance to see what needs to be removed. Thank you for acknowledging our on time dependability and being on site on time. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. Upon further investigation, you did in fact receive an upfront quote of $188+taxes ($226.81). This was for the loading, hauling and disposal fees of your rubbish which included barbeque, mattress, satellite dish, plus other items. Our crew indicated that you were looking for someone else. In an effort to help you and create a new positive relationship with us, and since our crew was onsite and they were already heading to unload the material in their truck before their next job, the crew lowered the price trying to meet your budget and at the same time adding a new happy customer to our portfolio. The crew went beyond their parameters to meet your price and clean up guidelines. You indicated your budget was closer to $100. The fee was $100+taxes ($120). You gladly accepted our amended price prior to the guys loading the truck. I appreciate your review Chad however I disagree on your perception of the value you received from our team.
