I had to change my review praising after sales service, as the sales person never got back to me this time. Usually find this store responsive.

Overall, a solid choice, we dealt with a number of the staff members here for flooring products and renovation ideas; all very helpful and reasonable pricing (for the market)

They were good and on time for the job, very friendly and reliable staff. I would recommend them to any one specially if they live in north van as it is a neighbourhood place.

They were very polite and had good customer service helping us choosing our product. The person worked on the installation was very clean and on time. The only problem we had was the way they did the financing.
