Laebon Homes

Very pleased from start to finish on the build of our custom home. Aaron and Samantha expertise was a real asset in helping us design and plan our home. Very impressed with their co-construct program in keeping us informed with every step. Laebon trade workers were pleasant to work with. So glad we went with a well known builder.

Bought a new home in Red Deer from Laebon. It said in the MLS listing that they will complete the basement if the buyer desires. 7 months after moving in we wanted to get a quote for the basement and they said they will only do new houses meaning before we moved in. That was not communicated with us in the first place and now we have an unfinished basement, Very disappointed :(

I built a home with Laebon just over a year ago and have been very impressed with it. I loved that I could customize any features in the plan that I wanted in order to make it my own. There were lots of choices for colours inside and outside of my home as well. My Project Manager was great at answering my questions. I had very few warranty items to be dealt with after I moved in. I have recommended Laebon to friends and am already thinking about what I'd like to build next time.

We bought a brand new home with Laebon and have had nothing but problems. Started with possession being 2 months late, we had 3 pages of deficiencies, very non responsive to fixing deficiencies. Laebon builds an extremely low quality home. We would definitely NOT RECOMMEND LAEBON.
