WE PURCHASED A LENNOX MINI SPLIT HEAT PUMP, SWITCHING FROM OIL POWERED HOT WATER BASEBOARD. ULTIMATE HOME COMFORT WAS COMPETITIVE AND EVEN MATCHED A PRICE QUOTE WE RECEIVED ELSEWHERE. THE INSTALL WAS SCHEDULED FOR A TIME THAT WORKED FOR US. THEY WERE ON TIME AND STAYED TO ENSURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY. WHEN WE RAN INTO DIFFICULTIES A FEW WEEKS AFTER THE INSTALL, THEY RETURNED TO OUR HOME AND GOT EVERYTHING WORKING AGAIN. OVERALL, WE RECOMMEND ULTIMATE HOME COMFORT.

We went into Ultimate Home Comfort for us to find a wood insert for our old fireplace. The guys in the store were great to deal with. We found the insert with the largest glass surface and had it installed in a few weeks. The day of the install was a dream. It only took them a few hours to install the insert and then next day we had a fire. It was in June, but we didn't care.

Have been using Ultimate Comfort for our propane needs so when we needed a gas fireplace they were the obvious choice. Great people to deal with and always on time. Professional work which I would highly recommend.

As soon as we walked in to the store we felt comfortable since the sales people were not pushy. They wanted to make sure you got what you wanted and never tried to sell us what we didn't need. Frank was knowledgeable and helpful and the installers gave us some great tips about our stove since we have never owned one before. The price is reasonable and you'll get top of the line products. Our questions were always answered in detail and we're happy we decided to go with this company, no problems!
