VK Windows & Doors

I called VK Windows and Doors on multiple occasions, as I needed a window service done. Every time we called, we were told we would be called back by them, however, they would NEVER call back. This shows me that they do not care about being professional at all or their customers. We had to call them back as a reminder THREE times, and they said they would come to do the service but once again didn’t provide any details, information or follow up phone calls. This is absolutely unprofessional on their behalf. Furthermore, when we called the last time, we were spoken to in a manner that was rude, and arrogant. We were literally yelled at by an individual that I choose not to name, which is unacceptable. I do not reccomend, I reccomend going to a company that is organized and reliable, as VK Windows is NOT.
