The company workmen James and Andrea was in the area fixing a neighbours drive way, I went over and ask them to have a look at my driveway and garage pad. They came over right away had a look, made a recomendation and prepared a quote. In about an hour they were at my place to do the work.
The job was completed to my satisfaction, they went pass their responsibilities, used their air compressor and cleaned out the garage. They were both very professional in helping me understand what they were doing. I highly recomend this company.

40 year home:
Sidewalk to front door had cracked all the way across and one side had dropped about half an inch they leveled that first
Very large void under part of the garage slab, by the house foundation, was filled and leveled
Hugo & Q were very good to work and talk with.
Not wanting but if we do have any more concrete problems will definitely call PolyLevel

Poly level was without doubt the right choice. From the sales team to the workers completing the job the company proved to be professional and pleasant to work with. Vincent was exceptional to deal with and quick to respond to any concerns. The concrete lift was controlled and finished exactly where it was promised. I value the attention to detail that they showed from start to finish! The holes they drilled to insert foam were only 3/8” and are not noticeable. The price they gave was fair and surprisingly very similar in price to mud jacking which is a far inferior method. I have recommended them to all my family and friends.

I hired Poly Level to seal and lift my drive pad in one location with a bit of a lip (edge). They lifted my pad too much which pushed up my decorative brick corner, which bend my aluminum siding. It had to argue with them to fix but they eventually hired a good contractor that fixed. But now I was getting water into my garage as they failed to lift the pads correctly. After many call-backs they managed to kind of fix that but now I get a puddle of water at the top (near my garage door), which used to drain off. I have had their Operation manager to my house many times. He does not know how to fix this issue and now he is ghosting me. I am done with this company. This was an awfully bad job. If you hire them be sure to watch everything they (especially the critical lift part as it can't be un-done) and do and don't pay until you get inspected or see how a good rain fall flows off the lifted pad.

I noticed a small problem after the company had completed their work. When I contacted them they said they would send someone to have a look, but no-one ever contacted me.

Very happy with my entire experience with this company. Work done as scheduled and rep and installers very professional. Would use them again and will recommend them to others that may need their driveways or walkway fixed.

I highly recommend this company. We had a problem with water coming into our basement, through a window well and also along the floor. Tried other solutions and nothing was working the water kept coming in every time there was a big rain. Basement solutions offered what we thought would be a lasting fix for this. From start to finish, they were professional, helpful and positive. They returned my calls immediately, an appointment was booked for them to come out & assess the situation. They mailed me information in the mail that arrived promptly.,. Our sales person Ron Rinkel was excellent, he was patient and thoroughly explained what he felt needed to be done to mitigate our problem. On the day of the repair, “Shaddy” our foreman, was prompt and communicative .... asked questions and listened to find out what was really important to me and then followed through on making sure it happened. We are super picky & I did not want a sloppy job. They did a really good job. The actual work itself is professional. There’s nothing that I looked at it and thought oh I wish they did a better job of finishing or cleaning up. I’m really happy with the work that was done and the professional and consultative nature of every person we dealt with. Will our water situation be solved now? I believe it will. It is October,2018, and so I won’t know until it rains in Spring 2019 if what they did actually works.

Had system for 7 years. Was called for an annual inspection. $125. Technician Marc was in the house less than 5 minutes. Said I needed a new pump. $700 and 15 minutes later gone. Tried to upsell me on $3000 worth of extras. This was a rental and I was not there to hear the pump. If the pump was so good why did it fail after 7 years? Anyway pumps are only $200 bucks should have done it myself. Lesson learned.

The service was excellent starting from the free estimate to the completion of the work. Our radon levels were significantly lowered and that gives me peace of mind for my family's health. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

Had my yearly maintenance check from Doug Lacy's Basements. I had Feiross come out to perform the maintenance. Feiross was very attentive and knowledgeable. Every question was answered and always offered additional ideas. Did a great job in a timely manner and was respectful of his surroundings. Thanks again!
