Roman and Caleb installed a drain and sum pump to deal with water issues in my basement bedroom. They left the property clean after completing the job. Roman also followed up with me to discuss options for outside drainage, which was very good of him. I would recommend Roman, Caleb and the Groundworks team to fix basement issues.

I rate this service 5 STARS!! From the beginning to the end has been excellent. When I contacted them to get a quote they immediately mail me some panflets that were very helpful to understanding how mitigation of Radon is important, how it works and its health impacts. Then Cory came to do the quote, it was like having a friend over, he was super friendly and knowledgeable in a very non-condescending manner. He took a look and pointed out the best route to proceed. When the installers came Paul and Dylan, they had the same happy friendly attitude (this talks a lot about the company, when the company is good it reflects on their employees). The installation was very challenging, long story short the hole on the ground had to be in between pipes of in-floor heating but Paul and Dylan nailed it, they brought their thermal camera and high quality equipment to finalize the work. I pointed out a few concerns and Paul answered my questions showing his knowledge of building code. Few weeks have passed now and I was reached by them again to see how everything was working. I have placed a radon meter in my basement and so far the readings have gone lower,. I am very happy and now I feel safer at home. Thank you Groundworks! keep the work up I totally recommend you.

Great job - on time on budget. Adrian and Brady were friendly and efficient. Patrick did a great job upfront explaining the issue and how Groundworks could fix it.

Anatolia and Danilo came promptly and completed the job very nicely. I appreciated how they took the time to explain what they were doing and how it would work. They left the premises clean and looking perfect.

The left side of our driveway has sunken, and we have three porches that required lifted. Q, Hugo and Aaron came to do the work first thing in the morning as scheduled. This crew is friendly, explained what they would be doing and get to work immediately. All work was done within an hour and a half. The driveway is now levelled, and porches lifted. These fixes are excellent! Thanks to Q, Hugo and Aaron! Please keep up the good work.

Very eager to take your deposit but diagnose was wrong on their end and deposit non refundable! Maybe they could use better expertise when reviewing the job and every excuse to keep your money.

This company went above and beyond to help my senior parents with the work they needed to have done on their garage. They were prompt, professional, courteous and incredibly hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done. Ryley and Connor were who did the work and they did an amazing job. Cant recommend them enough!
