Owner does not stop talking. She needs to stay in the back and let the associates handle the clients. She also has a tendency to speak in Cantonese over English speakers (rudely, and in an unprofessional manner). Their price is just the same as everyone else even though they claim it's cheaper... Installers are horrible too. Lazy, keep coming up with excuses to avoid work (which they had been paid to do). They also come up with lots of extra costs and ask for immediate payments. If you don't pay, they threaten to leave the work unfinished and not come back for the next day. Horrible horrible place to deal with. Please avoid this place and let your friends know!!!
