James was very helpful and knowledgeable, the amazing detail of the inspection report was invaluable and will help us in fixing up the little things and maintaining our new home properly.
James was instrumental in helping us avoid what looked like a great home but was really a money pit. He answered all of my questions and helped me have a better understanding of home safety and things to watch out for.
$400 may seem like a big price to pay for a house inspection but was well in line with the other house inspection companies I called, and if it could save you thousands in the long run it is well worth the money.
