Home inspection before house purchase
We had James from Frontline Home Inspections do our home inspection before we bought it. Frontline was recommended by our realtor.
He did a great job. He's very thorough and picky, and points out everything potentially wrong. He's also very friendly and fun. He was very helpful in educating us about the things we need to know about our home, being first time home owners. Things like when to turn of the main water line, how often to clean the furnace filter, etc.
He left us a very thorough report complete with pictures in PDF format. He also very professional and careful not to create a conflict of interest, but was willing to give us recommendations for businesses like Furnace cleaning if we want his opinion.
