We used James when considered buyi g a. Older house and we are glad we did. He was very detailed and took time to point out what issues and consequences are present in the house. He also took time to explain severity of problems and made sure we understand. He was worth the money.
We couldn't get his services to inspect other property and the level of service and details in report definitely were better compared to other inspector. Thanks James!
