James was very thorough, knowledgable and approachable. He actually made the whole proccess a lot of fun:-) We walked away knowing, not only what needed to be addressed right away, but general maintenance we would have to plan for.
Not only would I recommend him to my mom, I booked him for a townhouse she is making an offer on.
