We bought our tiles from them and they ordered the wrong tiles, charged more the quote and delayed 4 weeks from the commitment. And when it finally arrived it was shorted by 1/3 of the order and they wouldn't take ownership for that - they wanted to charge us 30% more to deliver the complete order.
